How do I know if I have a case?

Call us! Before Romano & Associates will agree to represent you, our firm and experts will investigate your case carefully. We will review the facts of your case, the law and combine that with our experience to advise you whether or not we think you have a case.

Are our conversations private?

Yes. Everything you discuss with our firm is bound by the attorney/client privilege and is confidential. Our conversations are private.

How long will it take before I get my settlement?

​

Each case is different and there is no set time for a case to end. Some cases may end quickly in a negotiated settlement. Some cases are more complex and may require going to trial. You can be assured that our goal at Romano & Associates is to obtain the best possible settlement as quickly as possible.

 

If I am in the hospital and confined to bed, will you visit me?

Yes. If you are unable to travel, we will meet with you in the hospital, nursing home or your home.

 

My English is not good. How will we be able to communicate?

There are plenty of staff at Romano & Associates that speak Spanish and can communicate with you.  

 

I have questions I would like answered that are not listed here?

Call Romano & Associates at (516) 248-8880. If we can’t answer your questions on the phone, we will make an appointment to meet with you and discuss them. If you are unable to travel, Romano & Associates will arrange to meet with you at your home, hospital, or nursing home.
